After the first home game of the Season join us for  BOGAN BINGO 
Bogan: an uncouth or unsophisticated person, regarded as being of low social status
At $25 per person this is half game show. Half party. Thats how we describe it.
One Bingo caller calls out the numbers and his DJ mate plays the best songs from the 80's and 90's. 
Throw in some jokes, tributes and spontaneous air guitar competition and you have yourself a true northern suburbs party.

This fun filled night will consist of: 
*A few games of bingo 
*Comedy laughs of a weekly open mic. night.
*Music of an 80's themed tribute
*The best dressed bogans in the Adelaide Hills

​Invite your friends and dig out your best bogan attire for what will sure to be a night of some serious laughs. We’ll crown the best dressed bogan king and queens, and have some suitable/ sophisticated prizes for the bogan champs!

OVFC welcomes Jordan Wilson-King

​OVFC is pleased to announce the signing of former Fremantle listed player Jordan Wilson-King. A 22-year-old attacking defender, Jordan is currently part of the Adelaide FC’s SANFL development list and has recruited to add much needed experience to our young squad.
 
He is currently recovering from a knee injury and is on a modified program at the Crows, so will miss the first four games of the season.  For such a young player Jordan has a great deal of experience having played WAFL League football with South Fremantle, SANFL football with North Adelaide Football Club and NEAFL League football with Territory Thunder. He is NT state Under 18 & 16 representative and represented Rostrevor College first 18’s.
 
He is currently training with the Dogs every Thursday and is looking very impressive, we look forward to him representing OVFC not only this year but many more to come.
 
We welcome Jordan and family to the Club and wish him every success.

2016 is going to be a great year for our football club.
The off season for the Football club has bought many challenges both on and off the field. As a club we are striving for bigger and better things going into 2016. After a very disappointing 2015 our people and committees are 100% committed on making our club one to be envied within the competition.
So what’s new....
  • We have a new Club Coach  in James Moore who is doing a fantastic job teaching our young group
  • We have recruited some quality new players  for 2016
  • A few of our “Home Grown Boys”  have returned to the Kennel
  • 1st Trial game V’s Crows development squad  played at AAMI Stadium
  • Two new motivated committees
  • A Planned social program catering for Players, Parents & Members

  • New fundraising incentives to improve facilities into the future

It’s fair to say the excitement around the club is infectious. There is a feeling of expectation and a strong desire to achieve success.
Footy clubs don’t function without many volunteers and we are still looking for extra helpers especially for meals on Thursday & Saturday nights together with a few other roles.  If you can help please call me on 0418 816 874

To make this process easier the login will from now on be through entering the email which is listed on your data record as the username and a password which you will set yourself. This will remove the confusing computer generated username and password which has previously been in place. You have received this email as this is the listed contact within your data record on Footyweb. You are now invited to set your password to one which you wish to use to access your data record for all changes and registrations on Footyweb.
