Training for OVFC Under 8's will commence on Wednesday 6th April at 4:30pm

Hi All.

Welcome to U8 Blue for 2013!!

My job is team manager to hopefully make sure the year goes smoothly.

In order to help this happen we need ALL parents to please assist in sharing the workload. Attached is the program and roster for this years season.

Basically each week we have nominated one of the boys to be captain and, for that week, we ask that the parents please provide the oranges, lollies and also time keep for the night. By doing it this way you will only have to do this duty once during the year.

The Junior committee also needs helpers each time we play at Balhannah to assist with the BBQ so please jump in at give them a hand. During the year I may contact you to see if you can help - again if we spread the load then it will make things easy.

*Please note last training before 1st game (Wednesday May 1st ) will be at Balhannah oval 4.30-5.30.
After training there will be jumper presentations (by senior A grade) followed by a sausage sizzle.

We are all looking forward to an exciting season for our little tackers.

I am doing the field umpiring each week and would really appreciate of someone could also do this maybe on alternative weeks - if anyone is willing to do this also please let me know.
